My stay at the hotel was perfect in every way, exceeding my expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it ideal for my family of four. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff who were attentive to any concerns. The location was convenient, surrounded by restaurants and sights to explore. The dining options were good, although some improvements could be made. Overall, a wonderful experience with great value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring downtown Harrisburg, with a short walk to the State Capitol complex and other dining spots. The rooms, although decent, had some cleanliness issues like a suspicious stain on a chair. The staff was friendly but slightly disconnected when recommending family-friendly restaurants. The location is great for business and leisure travelers, while the dining experience was average. The facilities were adequate, but some aspects needed attention.

6.6/10

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms felt more like those of a budget hotel, with a small TV, and the front desk staff and housekeeping were just okay. The place felt a bit dark and dingy, making me want to give it a thorough wipe down. The empty minibars that were noisy didn't make much sense and made me question if this was really a Hilton.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms give off a cheaper hotel vibe, and the small TV and average service don't add any luxury. The empty, noisy minibars were a confusing touch.
Service
6.0
The service varied from rude interactions in the restaurant to helpful gestures like making omelettes and waffles. The front desk, restaurant, and cleaning crew handled our requests, though with some inconsistencies. They did move us to a cleaner room, except for a suspicious stain on a chair.
Location
8.0
The location was a highlight of my stay, being excellent for exploring the central business district, taking a stroll along the Susquehanna River to City Island, and reaching the State Capitol complex easily. The convenience to nearby businesses made up for some of the hotel's drawbacks.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience had its flaws, such as having to pay extra for a cot. While the food was good, it came at a higher price point than expected.
